„Upon arriving I was greeted with great hospitality by Roxanne . The room was extremely clean in every aspect. The happy hour was phenomenal. I will always choose Drury Inn in Collinsville to stay, and I will also recommend for others to stay at this location.“

„No hand soap. Air conditioner had a mildew foul smell.“

„I have stayed here off and on for 5 years. First thing was they asked for my credit card to charge incidental, $40.00. If I didn't have issues, I would get it back. The second thing was my room, 218, was so covered up in strong room deodorant, it choked me, made my eyes water. It was terrible.

„All I wanted to do was shower and the shower didn’t work and the staff acted like it didn’t matter.“
