Die direkte Strandlage sowie der Pool waren sehr gut. Die Liegen wurden nach Bedarf aufgestellt. Das Personal war überwiegend sehr aufmerksam. Der Shuttle Service nach Hoi An war bequem und pünktlich, jedoch fehlte am frühen Nachmittag und späten Abend die Fahrgelegenheit. Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag ordentlich gereinigt. Der Aufenthalt am Pool wurde gelegentlich mit freien Getränken und Obst versüßt. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und lecker. Es gab sowohl kontinentale als auch einheimische Speisen. Es gab jedoch innerhalb von 6 Tagen keine Abwechslung. Das Abendessen war sehr gut. Die Preise dafür sind auf dem europäischen Niveau. Der Shuttle Service von/zum Flughafen war zuverlässig und sehr bequem, jedoch mehr als doppelt so teuer wie er im Ort angeboten wird.

Schöne kleinere Hotelanlage ohne direkten Strand
Ein sehr schönes, nicht so großes Hotel bestehend aus mehreren Häusern zur Meerseite. Leider ist am Victoria ebenfalls der Strand durch den Taifun vor einigen Jahren weggespült worden. Vor dem Hotel ist nun eine Steinaufschüttung aus groben Steinenblöcken. Es gibt einen Strand neben dem Hotel, der vom Hotelpersonal betreut wird, aber dieser ist eben nicht direkt davor, was wirklich schade ist. Leider fanden genau während unseres Aufenthaltes große Baggerarbeiten zur Meerseite statt, so daß an Erholung am Pool oder im Garten nicht zu denken war, man hat sich wie auf der Baustelle gefühlt. Die Arbeiten müßten jetzt allerdings beendet sein. Die Zimmer (Deluxe mit Gartenblick) waren wirklich sehr schön. Es war wie ein kleines Reihenhaus mit Terrasse und separaten Badezimmerabteil. Abends gab es einen Aufeckservice mit Licht-an und Betthupferl. Das Hotel vergibt kostenlos Fahrräder und bietet mehrmals täglich einen kostenlosen Shuttleservice in die Stadt an. Hübnsche Restaurants und Geschäfte gibt es jedoch auch fußläufig in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hotels. Leider wird der Küstenabschnitt zunehmend mit großen Hotelanlagen zugebaut, so daß die Gegend wie ein Neubauviertel wirkt, was sehr schade ist.

Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit und serviceorienterit. Die Hotelanlage ist wunderschön und top gepflegt, ebenso wie der Pool und Privatstrand. Das Essen ist hervorragend, wenn auch teurer als anderswo in Vietnam. Aber man bekommt auch etwas für den Preis. Frühstücksbüffet ist sehr üppig. Mit tollem Omelette-Service.

Perfect ocean front Hoi An Hotel
This hotel has been a go-to spot for us in Hoi An since 2007. Although the level of tourism is off, the management and staff continue to provide excellent service and support to the visitors. We look forward to seeing this facility back to the capacity levels of pre-covid years. This facility is a traditional oriental design and service delivery on the ocean with easy access to the old town in Hoi An. A serene retreat.

A welcoming hotel in a nice location away from the crowds and right by the sea. The rooms are lovely, we were given an upgrade to a deluxe garden view room which was spacious and comfortable and with a great sea view. There is an excellent selection at breakfast and the pool is nice, plenty of room to swim. But the best part of this hotel is the team that work there. Everyone gives their all to make sure that you have the best stay. It was my birthday on the stay and the breakfast team sang to me and gave me cake. Each evening the housekeeping team provide a wonderful legend and chocolates for your pillow. I loved the stories and have kept them all! Nothing is too much trouble for any of them, from the pool team to the reception. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

It is useful by eating insect, mosquitos. For breakfast, we serve Buffet for all inhouse guests and no feedback from the poison food from other guests. We informed Expedia to refund 1 night to you. We booked a room with an ocean view. The room was very spacious. It had a wonderful outdoor garden shower. The waves from the ocean nearly crash up on to your doorstep. There's also a patio with chairs outside your room to enjoy a drink with your partner. The service was wonderful, and they have a currency exchange at the hotel.

Definitely recommend this hotel
Lovely hotel right on the beach, the staff couldn't be more helpful. The rooms are great. The pool area doesn't look that big in photos but there are lots of sunbeds and there is also a private beach. There's also a free shuttle bus to the old town which is great to see.

All the staff at the hotel go the extra mile to ensure that you have a great stay. All are friendly and helpful and happy to provide advice and information on the local area and activities The hotel itself is spotless and all amenities are working as described. The pool was located adjacent to the beach so there was a fantastic cooling breeze blowing across - definitely needed in the recent 30C temperatures there Food at the hotel was great, including breakfast where there was plenty of choice of freshly prepared items, and dinner and lunch selected from the menu and all at very good prices. The hotel is about 3 miles, 5-10 mins outside of Hoi an old town but they run a free shuttle several times a day which was very handy. Having said that, the taxi fare is not the much anyway - around 10k VND=£3 The surrounding area has a number of restaurants where you can get cheap Vietnamese and western style food and there are a few shops and pharmacies for necessities I would definitely recommend Hoi An and the Victoria spa resort.

Fantastic
Stayed for 4 nights with my son. Had amazing experience. Excellent service and wonderful medical support too. My 6 year old son had ear infection and it was so reassuring that hotel also has full time nurse on the promises who arranged a doctor visit for us.

I can’t rate this property more for our stay in June! We stayed for 4 nights for our Honeymoon and it was absolutely lovely! The staff were so wonderful, provided us a free upgrade and had arranged a special treat for us in our room. The pool and surrounding areas were just beautiful. The resort was so calming and relaxing. Happy hour was an excellent addition for a few cocktails. As to be expected the beers are more expensive at the hotel than in town. But paying a little more to lay around the pool was worth it for us. The hotel offered a shuttle in and out of Ancient Town 3 times a day and even squeezed us on when one night we forgot to book. On check out, the called and Taxi and arranged a fixed price that was substantially cheaper than our Taxi there and as we left at 5am for a flight, they had arranged a breakfast bag for each of us as we were leaving before breakfast opened. I would happily stay again if we ever returned to Vietnam!! ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️

Nous avons passé une petite semaine dans l'hotel. Le personnel est au petit soin. Le cadre est magnifique. La mer est accessible depuis l'hotel et la piscine est au top. Nous recommandons cet hotel sans hésitation.
