„Our favourite hotel in Peru so far. The beds were comfy, the view overlooking the city is spectacular, hot showers and the biggest spread for breakfast. Its a bit of a walk up the narrow streets but so quiet and peaceful once you arrive. The staff is very friendly and speaks English. We Highly recommend.“

„Personnel affable et serviable. Extrêmement propre et super bien localisé à proximiter de tou“

„Todo estaba correcto, súper limpio y el personal muy atento. Excelente!“

„Our stay was perfect. We got an upgrade for all three nights. Food was good however the food at the Belmond Machupicchu was significant better( Real Gourmet). The temperature of the pool schould be a bit higher. The coffee machine in the room is great however on the first day it did not work. I recommend to change to Nespresso. They wanted to charge us for the taxi to Poroy USD 50.- finaly they organised for us a normal taxi for 25 S.“

„Einzigartiges Museums-Hotel in der Altstadt von Cusco. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Peronal“

„rooms were clean, nice to have the common kitchen for coffee, they helped with anything I needed, everything felt clean and safe and the location was perfect, right in the middle of town and no need to climb any hills. Cusco can be loud and this location is tucked into a side street only for pedestrians so you don't hear the busy streets. I would definitely stay her again, it has everything we needed. Showers were actually hot and they even had a hair dryer.“

„Nice location! Very noisy when you have a room to the main square.“

„Super Service und ein freundlicher sowie hilfsbereiter Host. Die Zimmer sind sauber und sehr individuell. Das Frühstück kann auf einer tollen Dachterasse eingenommen werden. Gerne wieder! “

„The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was super helpful for any needs. The “air conditioning “ was only a heater but in the winter that was fine. Summertime may be a different story. All-in-all I was very pleased and would stay there again. The location is great- so close to Plaza De Armas. Breakfast was greasy and delicious every day.“

„Großartiges Hotel“

„Super“

„My stay at this hotel was truly special, not only because of the beautiful hotel itself, but because of the wonderful experience I was able to share with my grandparents. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive to us, and they made my abuelos feel especially comfortable and well taken care of. Seeing them enjoy the atmosphere and receive such warm treatment made the stay even more meaningful for me. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized, and the location was ...

„Schönes Hotel mit viel Charme - fantastischem Service - sehr empfehlenswert“

„This time we booked a Colonial Room. Number 231. It was disgusting because the plumbing is obviously old. It stank the whole time like sewage. We had to keep the bathroom door shut at all times. And the only window opens on the Gallery so that everybody walks by your room and has perfect views unless you keep the curtains closed all the time. Pay attention to what you book. Several days ago we had a superior room and it was great. Nothing comparable to the Colonial rooms. The staff was amazing ...
