A car is recommended for getting around the Cumming and Lake Lanier area. Free parking is available at the property, with convenient access to Northside Hospital Forsyth, local restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, and major roads. Rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft may also be available in the area.



Other Things to Note:

As with most outdoor environments in Georgia, insects may be present at times, especially in warmer months.



To help maintain the quality and comfort of the home for all guests, the following may result in additional charges if applicable:

Much like hotels, we require the primary guest to provide a government-issued photo ID and complete a brief terms & conditions agreement prior to receiving check-in information. Because these requirements are part of the check-in process and may impact our ability to rebook the reservation dates, refunds cannot be provided for guests who choose not to complete them.
