Located 85 miles northeast of Dallas, Texas. This secluded newly renovated cabin in the woods, boast a large screened in porch with several seating areas and a TV, overlooking the private 5 acre stocked lake. It has 2 smart TV's and Free WIFI. Fishing Tackle is provided. The wrap around covered porch is a great place to catch a sunrise or sunset with a cup of coffee. The cabin is fully air conditioned and heated so it’s perfect any time of year. The cabin also offers full size electric stove for cooking your favorite meal , a refrigerator with bag of ice provided, Keurig Coffee maker, all cooking accessories provided. Bath includes towels, and blow dryer. The sleeper sofa easily pulls out into a Queen size bed when you're ready to call it a night. The pavilion is the perfect place to bar b que, hang out and play corn hole. If you would like to include more guest. Bring a tent or RV Hook up. Additional Fees apply for events and additional guest and RV's. Ask about our Grocery Pickup Service. Great Wildlife viewing including deer, beavers, bald eagle and more. Listen to the Coyotes howling and owls hooting. During the spring and summer crickets and frogs will sing you a tune. Cattle roam the property. Fishing is prime with Large Mouth Bass, Crappie and Sun Fish (Catch and Release). Great photo opportunities. Cook out on the Grill or visit the Local Restaurant Friday-Saturday all you can eat fish. We are also located just 15 Miles from Lake Fork Bass Capital of Texas. Sulphur Springs is 15 miles and has boutiques, restaurants and grocery stores. The Stars are endless on clear nights a great place unwind and relax after a busy work week next to the fire pit.

Peaceful

We had a great time at this quiet property this weekend. My son and I loved seeing nature up close, getting to fish plenty, and enjoying a nice fire at night. All necessary things were included at the cabin to make it enjoyable.

From the first moment we fell in love. This place is peaceful and quiet. My husband and daughter loved fishing and I enjoyed watching. Already planning another trip when it is cooler so we can enjoy that HUGE screened porch more (the heat was just too much).

Awesome Property

My boys and I had fishing trip on Lake Fork and decided to find a VRBO for a couple of night instead of making the drive back to Dallas. What an amazing place! It was perfect for the 3 of us! Very well maintained, stocked with everything we need to enjoy our stay, and what an awesome patio over looking the lake. We fished and hung out the entire time we were there. Definitely going back.

This is a hidden gem. Screened in back deck was a slice of heaven. The cool breeze along with the songs of nature made for great naps! Bathroom is super tiny but manageable. Everything you need and more was provided. Dollar General 10 miles away helped out a lot! Love this place!

Relaxing, Secluded Getaway in the Country

This was exactly what my wife and I were were looking for! Secluded and peaceful setting in the country! The owner goes above and beyond in making you feel at home with most everything provided in amenities. The house was clean, fishing was good and the setting is amazing! The Coyotes howling echoes through the countryside at night. The screened, wrap-around porch is fantastic to just sit and enjoy the sights and sounds of the country. If you love the great outdoors and Texas, this is an awesome place! We'll be back very soon!

Quiet little escape!

I stayed here for 3 days with my two boys, ages 9 and 18. We had a blast, the cabin was perfect for quiet evenings and mornings to just hang out and get away from it all. Everything that you could possibly want was there. If you just left your house and took nothing but your clothes, you would not need anything else!! The owners are very, very nice and communication was fast, she even warned us about a storm coming and what snakes to be on the lookout for since the weather was gradually getting warmer! Will stay again!!

Loved staying here. Tiny well kept cabin on a nice sized pond. Huge screened in porch to eat supper on and enjoy the view and sounds. We kept warm by the fire pit and viewed the stars. Great communication with host. Would stay again!

Comfy Cabin

This was exactly what I had been looking for as a weekend getaway for both myself and my husband. He enjoyed fishing and I enjoyed the screen in porch and the beautiful scenery with no one else around us. I was able to watch him be in his relaxing zone while I relaxed with the comforts of the cabin. The owner Sonia did a wonderful job with the location. decorating and was very quick with communication. Looking forward to another weekend at the E Ranch!
