„The location of this property was amazing and allowed us to enjoy so many parts of the city. Wonderful restaurants, cafes, along with the park were all in walking distance. The duplex was spotless, had beautiful city views, comfortable beds in addition to great amenities like a balcony, a 16th floor gym/terrace and underground parking. Yamile was the perfect host and went over and above to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Clean! Modern! Safe! City Fun!“

„El lugar sucio e incómodo. La bienvenida fue buena. Pero un día después de irme el anfitrión me dijo que quería tener cosas conmigo, dos dias antes había tenido relaciones con el del cuarto de la par y ahora resulta que me está acusando de robarle dinero, que le robe dinero de su billetera y entre a su cuarto. Creo que esto es una forma de estafa muy fea. Muy arrepentido, pensé que por ser un lugar humilde no se prestarían a esto. NO LO RECOMIENDO. “

„The manager and owner are fantastic. They helped us with so much and sent a driver to collect us at the airport. The house is super secure and we felt right at home. It is on a hill which was excellent exercise at the end of the day and right at the start of a massive park. The security guard was awesome. Huge house with heaps of room and laundry! „Alojamiento amplio, cocina bien equipada, hay sal, azúcar, café...la lavadora secadora una maravilla, nos llevamos la ropa limpia a nuestro próximo destino. La ubicación es perfecta, en el centro histórico, en ningún momento sentimos inseguridad, solo si volvíamos tarde regresábamos en Uber. La cama nos resultó blanda, pero eso ya es cuestión de gustos.“

The internet speed was extremely slow and never got it resolved after multiple complaints. Of course, can't stream TV with very slow internet. Had to go across the street to send emails and/or get some work done. Owner basically left it to me to communicate with service provider. I will not stay there again, much better options elsewhere !“

„Didn't realize this was the same horrible "management" as for prior stay, so endured same horrible property conditions again. Much equipment didn't work, NO attempt to fix anything, rude "help", no airport meet as promised, no change of linens after 2 days, (as promised!). I'd never stay at any of these "Suites" properties in Quito ever again & strongly recommend all these be avoided, so they don't ruin other people's trips as they did mine.“
