The place is an absolute cracker for the money.Basic but clean, breakfast was fresh and well served and the pool is such a refreshing way to spend a late afternoon after exploring. ‘Martin’ the turtle swims up to the shore in an afternoon for a nosy which is great to see in his own surroundings and of his own free will. „The staff were amazingly helpful and great with our 2 year old daughter Ella. They helped us book all our trips, giving us different options, even booking and collecting our motor bike. As we were leaving our daughter was sick, they got some local medicine to rub on her, gave us the bottle to take and gave us a lift to the bus stop. Really great place to stay!“

„My husband would love to rate this inn 11/10. The receptionist went above and beyond, waited for us until midnight for check in and also booked a tour guide for whale shark swimming. It's the quietest air-conditioned room in the whole Philippines as per my Canadian husband. Super clean room. Highly recommend! “

The hotel was very clean and modern. You have a big swimmingpool and the ocean directly in front of the hotel with an amazing view out of the room. It conforms totally with the pictures.
The staff were lovely and very helpful for planning our trips and adventures - perfect service!

Wir waren schon an einigen Orten schnorcheln (Ägypten, Thailand etc) und haben selten ein so schönes Riff gesehen. Das Ausleihen der Ausrüstung ist super. Service erste Klasse und auf europäischem Niveau! Leider war bei unserem Aufenthalt der Whirlpool kaputt. Hinweis fürs Hotel: ein bisschen könnte man noch rausholen z. B. Sadly, this was the only really bad experience during our whole stay in the Philippines.
After we checked in we noticed some stains on the bed covers. As we asked at the reception to change those, they took a look at it and commented „Ah, this is probably only massage oil!“… they only changed it reluctantly then because we insisted.
The rooms are very small and you can hear everything and everyone in the building during day and night, which made the nights not really restful. But hey, you get what you pay for.

At the restaurant we ordered a cocktail during the happy hour (2 for 1), which was also listed as included in the happy hour. When we asked for the bill they told us, that this was a mistake and that the cocktail was actually not included…. so we really had to pay for both drinks… as we didn’t want to over-react we just paid, but never ate there again.
The cherry on top was the laundry service… I understand not to expect too much from a south East Asian laundry service and that some shirts might shrink… but I never experienced that shirts shrink TWO SIZES.
When I told the receptionist about that issue, she just said that this is how it is in Filipino laundry services. After insisting that this is not the answer she told us her colleague will take care of this as she was not the person who received the laundry. As we left one day later she told us her colleague will be there for our checkout with a solution. At the time we checked "
