Im Zimmer fehlte ein zweiter Stuhl, um gemeinsam am Tisch zu sitzen und eine Kleinigkeit zu essen. Im Hotel beim Frühstück, zuviel Plastik, leider hat sich das immer noch nicht verändert. Deshalb kann man hier nicht von umweltfreundlich sprechen.

Very welcoming staff, always friendly, even housekeeping team greeted, nice view to the river, could do laundry and enjoyed hot tub. Maybe some rooms need remodelling. Would recommend to other guests.

They post poned our check-in for more then 2 hours since rooms were not ready. We have a 5 month old baby who had to go to bed but they didn't find any solution for us to get our room faster. Also we did not get any discount for the inconvinience when we talked to the manager on the next day. He only said sorry. We are really disapppointed about this behaviour

Beautiful location-exceeded my expectations. On the water, nice pool, really nice lobby with breakfast cafe opening at 6 AM. Exceptionally nice staff. Crackers restaurant, on the property, is fantastic with perfect outdoor seating on the water. I was traveling alone and tired after a day of activities so great to just walk steps to eat. Wait staff were very, very nice. Lodge was so close to kayaking and manatee swim locations. Room was very comfortable with plenty of towels and toiletries, microwave and fridge.

They are remodeling and its a little messy in places but you cant beat the location and the views of Kings Bay. The staff is wonderful!

There is no coffee in the rooms, which is unacceptable. The property is affiliated with a coffee shop in the lobby, so zero coffee in the rooms. Note the coffee shop in the lobby is a completely different building, two blocks from the room. Inconvenient at best to get dressed and take a stroll to find coffee. Unacceptable.

This place was cute and clean. The coffee shop was great and you can actually rent boats or kayaks right there on the property. We would definitely choose to stay here again if we were in this area.

We enjoyed our stay at the Paddletail. It was perfect for us because we brought our jet skis to explore the area. Be aware there are extra fees to launch boats and park boats on site. The property had some construction while we were that but it didn’t really hinder our stay. It would be much nicer if the pool was heated. The location is wonderful because you can walk to the downtown and to Hunter Springs park to swim if you want to from the hotel. There are a lot of good restaurant options. Room was simple but clean. Overall, I would recommend this place. My only real complaint is the fact that they don’t provide in room coffee. You must buy coffee from the coffee shop in the lobby which was understaffed and very slow. It might make more sense to have a different vendor there…like a deli or pizza and provide in room coffee.

The Pattletail Waterfront Lounge was clean and comfortable. The only issue was that it was not very quiet. You could hear the guests above and next to you, but for the price in that area and time it was very acceptable.
