„This property was exactly what I was looking for. However it might not suit everyone. It was very clean and recently updated. It is very rural, sits on a large grassed empty lot on the water with a nice dock. There is no washer/dryer, the kitchen is in a separate room but is very well done and stocked, it has an additional separate bathroom in addition to the one bedroom area.
