„The home was newly renovated and the host did an excellent job creating a modern farmhouse design. Gary (our host) supplied us with everything we needed to have an awesome experience including coffee, spices, water, firewood, detergent, soaps, etc. We enjoyed the hot tub and made a huge bonfire. If we ever come back we would definitely stay there again! “

„This riverfront cottage was perfect for our four-day middle TN getaway! It was a short drive from our home in Knoxville, and was exactly what our family of four needed. The description on Vrbo matched the cottage precisely! Everything we could need was there, and we enjoyed playing one of the murder-mystery games that we found. The private dock was perfect for taking a float on the river. We were glad to see that after a review in June 2025 said there was no ladder on the dock, that the owner ...

„Check in was a breeze , the home was clean and had everything you needed. It was close to Sparta and lots of hiking trails .. we swam off the dock several times. I would definitely stay again. Lots of deer and turkey in the neighborhood.. “

„This is a nicely-renovated home that is set well back from a quiet road. The property has woods on three sides for complete privacy. It is about 10 minutes from the eastern entrance to the magnificent Fall Creek Falls State Park. The house is pretty basic but it has been recently renovated, is super clean and is well equipped. There is a huge back deck as well as an outdoor seating area in front. The beds were comfortable. The host is very responsive.“

„We gave each of our grandkids an 'experience' for this past Christmas and our one grandson wanted to fish the Tennessee River. He and my husband, plus two very close family friends went for a 'guys' trip and they had a blast! The house had everything needed, the beds were comfortable, the dock was right there on the property, and the host was amazing and responded to any questions that we had. The lake is so beautiful and the marina just across the way were very easy to work with! Overall, 10! ...
