The bathroom sink was too small and the overhanging cupboard made it difficult to avoid hitting your head when washing your face! „Having recently got a second dog we wanted to trial a dog friendly hotel and see how well they behaved and how well we coped. We were pleasantly surprised at how well behaved both dogs were. We were very happy with the hotel staff who were all friendly, courteous and helpful. The hotel is perfectly located next to the beach access. „Staff were superb and food was as excellent as always. Bar furniture looks a little dated and could use a deep clean in places, but very comfortable. Bed was superb and the room excellent. The underfloor heating takes ages to warm the room and as it was very cold, it would have been nicer if it had been turned up a while before arrival. Minor points though. Overall extremely good and we will certainly be back.“

„Terrible mattress on one of the 3 single beds in my room. Single meaning really narrow. I actually switched beds in the middle of the night, for a better but still far too lumpy mattress for my taste. Staff and owners were great, breakfast was good, but ultimately a pub up on a hill with rather rowdy guests on a friday night. Still: value for money, but I‘ll rather spend a bit more next time.“

„Owners could not have been more welcoming and accomodating. We stayed here whilst visiting Thrusford Spectacular show. We had a lovely lunch before we we left for the show all plates were empty and everyone enjoyed the meal. Would highly recommend this friendly in for a stay.“

Nicht geeignet für kleine Kinder od gebrechliche Menschen. Anlage gut gepflegt. Nur zu empfehlen wenn man ein Auto hat, sonst weit entfernt von allem.
