„We expected more for the price as we stayed at cheaper hotels and got more there. The fridge was so loud, we had to switch it off at night. During our 3-day stay, the reception said, that our room gets cleaned on the 2nd day. We only got fresh towels, but the room didn’t get refreshed. The cleanliness of the room could have been better (hair in the bathroom, on the bedside tables, stains on the couch). „Malaysia at check-in was AMAZING 😉she was professional and very outgoing. She smiles and made eye contact as soon as we walked in the front lobby. She called before check in time began as a courtesy to inform me my room was ready. She extended a complimentary upgrade, as my Aunt had never seen a hotel as nice and well appointed. Malaysia is the employee that makes the lasting difference and gives the WOW factor. She deserves recognition for an excellent greeting and follow up.“

„Nice modern Hotel, well designed, enough space for 2 suitcases, large nightstand. Lamp at the bed is ridiculous, impossible to use for reading. Great shower, (european standart). Great: design floor, finally no stained carpet or strange smell. Every hotel should have it. Beds are too soft for my taste,mattress could be firmer, weird linens, strange fabric, feels not comfortable. Simple breakfast.“
