Our front desk reached out to you about your room and you said the room you were in is actually fine, We do not know what else we could have done. Thanks for staying with us. You should have communicated with the front desk about the smoke and they would have happily moved to a different room. We enforce our 100% smoke free room policy very strictly. Occasionally we get one of two violations and we take appropriate action. Thanks for your feedback.

Dear Diana, As we discussed on phone in detail the day you checked out, we were fully booked that weekend and we somehow made a room ready for you as needed a bed to sleep. This was not a renovated room and we accommodated you despite us fully booked that weekend. We even gave you one night free of your two nights stay at our hotel as the room you stayed in was not renovated. Hope you understand that we were just trying to help you so that you could get some sleep after driving so long. We just do not know what else we could have done to make your stay better than what we did. Having said this, we thank you for staying with us. We wish if you had communicated with out front desk about this issue and they would have moved you into a different room. We will address the flies issue as well. We have already contacted our pest control company, They mentioned that this time all their customers are having issues with some of these flies due to the continuous rain.
