The Space:

Welcome to Whetstone Retreat! Come soak in the private hot tub and soak in the views. This home has some of the best views in the valley and is now serviced by the First Tracks shuttle that will take you to the base area of Crested Butte Ski Resort, from there you can grab the town shuttle if you want to explore Downtown Crested Butte. Situated on the mountain, only minutes from the ski area, and the recreational trail/path is only steps away. This Townhome features three bedrooms, three full baths, a fully equipped kitchen(no oven), a living area and a dining area. Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer, Smart TV's, Wifi, off-street parking, and a gas grill.

The master bedroom has a king bed and fireplace, and a large private bathroom. There is a patio off the room with access to the private hot tub. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with additional patio access. The third bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds.



We highly recommend an All Wheel Drive or 4-wheel drive in the winter, as this unit has a steep driveway.



Parking:

The HOA has a strict parking policy. You cannot have more than 1 car parked at the property at any time. The parking spot is right in front of the unit. You will be fined and towed if additional cars are parked at the property. Spring through fall please do not leave any food or scented items in your vehicle as it may attract bears.



A nonrefundable $250 Dog fee is required if you bring your furry friend. We will allow a 2nd dog for an additional $50. You must notify us in advance.

This home is located in Mt. Crested Butte, about 1/2 mile past the base area of the ski resort.



Getting Around:

We recommend that you have a car during your stay to explore all that the Gunnison Valley has to offer, but it is not required. This home has access to the "First Tracks" on-call shuttle service to get you to the slopes or to town.
