Ik & Lo, at Barn Swallow Stables, is a boutique resort focused on nature, design, and unforgettable family experiences. This newly renovated farmhouse offers 2 bedrooms (a queen in Bedroom 1, two twins in Bedroom 2) and 1 full bathroom, plus a rollaway bed for a 5th guest. A crib and high chair are available on request. Designed with a boutique resort mindset, the home features luxury linens, premium mattresses, designer furnishings, and thoughtful touches throughout to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals at home, while the dining room provides the perfect setting for gathering with family and friends. The inviting living room is styled around a decorative white-brick fireplace (decorative only). Guests will also enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, air conditioning. Large windows showcase views of the surrounding property, bringing the beauty of the outdoors inside. Step outside to enjoy 30 acres of open space, mature trees, mountain scenery, and a seasonal creek. Petting and feeding the animals (with food we provide) and collecting eggs are free on your own. A private animal experience with our caretaker can be booked as an add-on. The house has its own fire pit; s`mores are a paid add-on.
You break it and you pay for it. If you mistreat the animals you will be expelled and banned from the property. Do not feed the animals, unless it is food provided by us. Parties/events with permission only.
