Luxury Lakefront Family Retreat at Smith Lake

Welcome to Mossy Rock! This 4 bedroom/2.5 bath lakefront home located in the private, gated community of Point William boasts beautiful lake views from every room. You can relax and enjoy all of the amenities of lake living while nestled within the luxury walls of this custom home. The kitchen, located on the lake level, comes fully stocked with everything you might need - down to a coffee bar with a Keurig and regular coffee maker. The kitchen opens up to a calming living area with full water views, a dining table for 8, and a small game table for family game night (games included in living room closet). There is also a half bath on the lake level. Off of the living/kitchen area is one of 2 decks to enjoy. This top deck includes a brand new Pitt Boss Grill for your use. The lower deck includes another outdoor living area complete with a gas fire pit and an outdoor dining area to eat dinner under the stars or to enjoy a sunrise breakfast. The master bedroom is located on the main level through the front door and includes a seating area to read a book, or enjoy a morning coffee. Relax while feeling the breeze through the double French doors that open to an expansive view of the lake. The guest level (3rd floor) houses two guest rooms – one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed. This floor has a shared full bath with double vanities. The top floor (the lookout) includes 3 twin beds with 3 trundles. The cozy corner of the “lookout” has 3 beanbags and a TV for kids to snuggle in for a movie before ending the day.

With only a few steps to the lake and private double slip boat dock, you can enjoy 2 yolo boards, a Kayak, and 4 recliners while soaking up all of the fun and sun. Once you are done playing in the beautiful waters of Smith Lake, take time to stroll to the neighborhood saltwater pool and pool house that sits atop a bluff overlooking the lake. Just down from the pool house is a new fire pit for community use.

While we love to share our home with you, we do keep some personal items on hand. As such, the refrigerators and pantry contain some food items. We will leave plenty of space for your needs in both fridges. Help yourself to anything you find, but please take home what you brought. If you have Verizon phones, like most places on the lake, they will not work unless connected to Wi-Fi at the house and even then, maybe only messages will work. You will have no issues with AT&T! Our Wi-Fi has been incredible – and we have had no issues connecting and watching all 4 Roku smart TVs. Please respect our no party or event policy. As much as we love our fur babies, please no pets during your stay.
