Then they gave ma a room that was the most far away room you can imagine although I had super heavy luggage and despite the fact that the hotel wasn't booked out. The room was not heated and super cold. The sink in the bathroom was blocked. When I had breakfast and walked away to get a second coffee someone put a bottle with cleaning detergent on my bench and didn't show up anymore. ...

Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt, alle waren super nett, obwohl wir wahrscheinlich nicht dem typischen Gasttypen entsprechen ( eher rockig, waren zum Metall Konzert in der Stadt). „Klasse Hotel! Liegt so schön ruhig am See und man kommt problemlos zu Fuß in 15 Minuten in die Stadt von Cardiff. Darüber hinaus gibt es ein Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Konnte mein Auto vom Bett aus sehen, klasse! Gerne wieder! Frühstück war auch ausreichend - englisch halt! :)“

„in general the stay was excellent, although it shows a sign of wear and tear in the balcony (it is still safe and sturdy) or in the spa/swimming area, all seem to keep in good condition. staff are all helpful and friendly, we were staying in the tiger bay floor (top floor) and it was quiet, the bed is comfortable and the view from the room is very nice. We will be staying again.“
