Casa Naranja is a 1500 square foot modern one story three bedroom, 2 bath house. The living room accouterments include leather sofa, loveseat and chair with power recline, headrest and lumbar adjustment. After a day of hiking or sight seeing you can relax in front of the 75" Roku Smart TV. The main bedroom has a new King bed with a new mattresses, two leather chairs and a three quarters bath--shower as opposed to bath. The two other bedrooms both have new Queen beds with new mattresses. Old Town Cottonwood has only gotten better with the continued development of restaurants and entertainment venues, especially including a 7-acre hilltop development in Cottonwood that will include private tastings, tours, a gelateria, and a Trattoria to be opened by Merkin Vineyards & Caduceus Cellars. As the headline says, we’re open to longer stays if desired and guests who stay longer than 30 days or more receive a 20% discount.

We had an incredible stay here. First, the place is so clean, it feels like you are the first people to stay there. Even the grill, backyard patio and sitting areas, no dust or spiderwebs, which is unbelievable! The place had everything we needed, and was super cozy and comfortable. Second, the hosts are amazing. We had to adjust our stay several times, and she responded so quickly, and was so nice and accommodating. She even gave us updates about things to do in the area for 4th of July! I would 10000% stay here again and recommend to others!

Great house with a great view!

This property was one of the best we have stayed at! Our group of six love to get away from the Phoenix area several times a year and this visit to Cottonwood did not disappoint! The house was beautiful, the morning view from the patio was spectacular and the location to shops, and wineries was great. We visited Jerome, down town Cottonwood, the Blazing M Ranch and had time to play our card games! We would highly recommend this property!

Super comfortable, great location!

This 3 BR home was the perfect place for our stay in Cottonwood, AZ. The house was immaculately clean with great ammenities and nice touches. The living room furniture was super comfy as were the beds. The views were amazing, although it was a little too hot to sit out in the evenings. On cooler nights, the fire table would be a perfect place to relax and sip some Arizona wine. We will definitely return!

Perfect in Cottonwood

This home was perfect. We are 4 current and retired teachers who were on an end of school celebration weekend. This home was immaculate, tastefully decorated, furnished with everything we needed, beautiful outdoor view and seating area, walking distance to town and ready for check-in when we arrived. Wonderful stay - perfect home in a great location

This wonderful home exceeded all of our expectations. The house was immaculate, comfortable, serene and well appointed and decorated. The host anticipated everything a guest could want or need. It was super convenient to Old Town without being too close - a quick drive or walk away in a quiet and friendly neighborhood with great views. It was two of us plus a dog however the house could easily accommodate 6 people in comfort with ease. We would absolutely stay here again. There is much to see and do in the area and the location is beautiful.

Beautiful Place

The four of us had an amazing stay! The home is. Beautiful and super clean ann excellent place to stay and the neighborhood is very quiet. Short walk to downtown to restaurants or to shop. Fantastic house

We had six people stay at the house over the weekend. Everything about the house and the host was great. There are a couple of ways to walk to downtown Cottonwood from the house. The house was very nice and clean. The host provided us with easy directions to get into the house and to checkout of the house. We highly recommend this house!

Beautiful property walking distance to Downtown Cottonwood

My three friends and I were so impressed with every detail of this property. The home was absolutely beautiful. The pictures in the listing don’t do it justice, you have to see it for yourself. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into all the decorations and ensuring it had everything t we needed.

Fabulous stay

The house is amazing. Our host Suzanne was fantastic she thought of everything and provided everything we needed and more. The area was a great location. Ladies trip - we enjoyed spending time in Cottonwood, Jerome, Sedona and some smaller areas for wineries. I highly recommend this place and will stay here again for another girls trip or with my husband. Thank you Suzanne for being a great host!

Best location, views, cleanliness, and great owners!

I really can’t say enough good things about this experience. As a frequent VRBO renter, this is one of the nicest, clean, comfortable homes we’ve stayed in. They have everything you need including a full stacked coffee bar, comfortable beds, and wonderful amenities (not cheap stuff from the Dollar Store). But the owners communication and flexibility really made our trip! We had an unusual situation being in town for a softball tournament with schedule changes and not really knowing how long we would need to stay. They accommodated every request I made. So a huge thank you and if we are back next Summer I will definitely rebook if available and recommend to anyone staying in Cottonwood!

Fantastic Hosts and Wonderful Location!

We booked Suzanne and Tim's property for a weekend away and loved it. As hosts, they were very responsive, accommodating, and gave EXCELLENT recommendations for places to visit.
