„We loved staying here between our visit to Oxford and Bath. The house was very comfortable and gave us the feel for the Cotswolds even though we only stayed one night. The breakfast was delicious and the hostess was hospitable. The price of our May stay was extremely affordable and we feel we got our money’s worth by far. We just loved this place!!“

„Leider versprechen die Bilder viel mehr, als dass das Hotel Substanz und Service bietet. Unfreundliches und lustloses Personal, keinerlei Bedürfnis, bei Fragen zu helfen, Badezimmer und insbesondere Toilette war dreckig, auch nach der Bitte, diese erneut zu reinigen. Bad kaum ausgestattet und lieblos angeordnet, und in schlechtem Zustand. Unfassbar unbequemes, abgenutztes Bett. Jeder Schritte der Nachbarn, vor allem von oben, hört man mit lautem Knarren und Knaksen, so sehr, dass man nachts ...

„Was not provided with an access code. When I managed to contact the property manager they claimed no personal information was forwarded to them, ie; phone number or email from Expedia. I had to enlist the help of a nearby business to contact them 3 hours after the check in time. If Expedia doesn’t forward details why would you continue to use them as booking agents. Property was close enough to train station and quite location, front door was often not secured from the street “

„- in no way did our room resemble what you get to see when booking via web site - walls and ceiling were damp with paint peeling off - the room was not made up at all - used towels were removed but not replaced - the shared bathroom was used as a vomitorium by other “guests - all in all a terrible experience “

„The internet presence is far better than the actual property. The Junior Suite was filthy, the bathroom floor putrid. Booked a table for dinner at 8pm, the staff sat us but then never returned to the table. Went to the bar to order some drinks which were then served and at 8:10 the staff came to the table and asked us to quickly order as the kitchen was closing. Food was ok but nothing special. At 9:50 the staff brought us the bill and asked to settle it as they would be closing at 10pm. Paid ...
