The Space:
Step inside Seaside Cottage and enjoy all the comforts of home. The condo features three spacious bedrooms designed for rest and relaxation—complete with a king bed in the primary suite, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and two twin beds in the third, making it an ideal setup for families or groups.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, and a propane grill is available for outdoor barbecues. The kitchen includes both a Keurig-style single-serve coffee maker and a standard drip coffee maker, so feel free to bring K-cups or ground coffee, whichever you prefer. A washer and dryer are also provided to make extended stays even more convenient. After a day spent fishing, boating, or exploring, cool off in the communal pool or enjoy a friendly game on the tennis courts.

Guest Access:
✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $59.99 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

The Neighborhood:
A waterfront neighborhood between Rockport and Fulton on Aransas Bay. Rockport Beach is about a 5-minute drive, and downtown Rockport's galleries, shops and seafood restaurants are about 5 to 10 minutes away. The historic Fulton Mansion is about 5 minutes away, and Port Aransas is about 45 minutes via the ferry.

4. WiFi is available in all homes, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. No refunds or rate adjustments will be made for mechanical failures, or discontinued or interrupted services that occur during your stay.
5. A $500 fine will be imposed for any evidence of smoking, confetti, vomit residues, or glitter.
6. Set the A/C no lower than 72 degrees to prevent freezing and system issues; no refunds for low-temperature-related A/C problems.
7. Start-up sundries provided for the first two days; report missing items within one hour of arrival.
8. This home is pet-friendly! Pets are welcome for an additional fee on top of the nightly rate. Please make sure pets are well-behaved and respectful of the home.
9. Only utilize the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces at your rental.
10. For any issues during your stay, a 72-hour window after check-out is provided to file a claim. Note that refunds won't be issued for claims submitted after this period. We appreciate your cooperation.
