This vacation home is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood just 0.5 miles to the beach, 0.6 miles to the nearest restaurant, and 1 mile to shops and nightlife. There is ample parking in the driveway for a boat or 4 vehicles.

The beachy shade of the blue exterior is just a hint of the island décor that awaits inside. This home is designed to maximize comfort, gathering, and vacation enjoyment. Rinse off the sand from a day at the beach in the outdoor shower. Grill or fry up the day's catch on the gas grill on the ground level, take refuge to cool off under the shaded patio while you play corn hole, or watch the game with a cold drink while you enjoy a round of darts or ping pong in the game room.

The upper-level private balcony is perfect for sipping your morning coffee in the coastal breeze. Upon entering, the room layout features one spacious great room with an open kitchen, dining, and living room. This is great for gathering friends and family for entertainment and meals, and never missing out on the conversation. The living area has ample seating with two leather couches, an armchair, and a large TV. The TVs in this home do not have cable; they are equipped with Roku. You will need your own account to log in and stream your favorite movies, shows, and music. There is a futon for informal seating, or it can be used as an extra sleeping space as well. Enjoy meals or a fun game of cards at the large dining table with seating for six. The kids also have their own little table to enjoy games and snacks.

The fully stocked kitchen is sure to meet your culinary needs with stainless steel appliances, spacious countertops, a pantry, a Keurig and drip coffee machine, dishes, utensils, and cookware. There is additional seating for four at the breakfast bar. The full-size washer and dryer are tucked neatly in a hall closet along with laundry supplies, an iron, and an ironing board.

The bedrooms are in the back of the house for added privacy. The master bedroom (BR1) offers a King-size bed with nightstands, a chest for your beach attire, and a wall-mounted TV. The ensuite bathroom contains a double vanity and a large, tiled shower. The guest bedroom (BR2) is comprised of a King-size bed, nightstand, closet, and a TV. The bunk room (BR3) boasts a Twin over Twin bunk bed, a single Twin bed with a pull-out trundle, nightstand, wall-mounted TV, board games, and plenty of space to stretch out and play.
