Welcome to Easy Breezy, a two-level house perfect for your next beach vacation. Located conveniently on 11th Street, close to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and nightlife.
This three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home is on the entry-level and offers two guest bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a large laundry room.
On the second level, the open-concept living area features a sofa, loveseat, TV, and Wi-Fi. Step out onto the large deck off the living area and enjoy the outdoor space with seating for eight and a dining table to enjoy the ocean breezes. The home also includes a dining area with a sizable table and 6 chairs, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and both a drip and a Keurig coffee maker. The master bedroom is also located on this level and includes an ensuite full bathroom. There is a charming half bath with a pedestal sink
Easy Breezy is a great option for anyone who wants to enjoy their next Coastal getaway down in Port A.
