Las Brisas sits on a central lawn; a few steps to the Beach Club and Adult pool as well as a convenient walk to Sunflower's boardwalk and gateway to the beach.
Immerse yourself with an astonishing sunset on the patio in your exclusive top-floor corner home with a view of the bay and beach. The condo features a midcentury chic full kitchen with an upscale Bertazzoni gas stove and appliances. The kitchen is well stocked featuring Crate and Barrell; West Elm; and Pottery Barn cooking and serving ware. There is both a Keurig and a regular coffee pot for your morning cup of java. The wine cooler is ready to chill your bubbly or other drinks and the bar is stocked to create your martini; margarita; wine or glass of bubbly after a day in the Sun.

The dining table accommodates seating for six and the patio has four pub Adirondack-styled chairs for relaxing in the morning sun or afternoon shade. The living area features a 55” flat screen television and sound bar with upscale furniture with a Boho vibe and a plush queen-size Murphy bed. Sink into your spacious bedroom's king bed with West Elm bedding, and a hypoallergenic down comforter to watch your favorite episode on Netflix or Amazon on a 55” flat-screen television.
Each Pool Residence has a shared elevator to each floor with air-conditioned corridors. All guests enjoy an enormous family pool with zero entry: plus, a private adult pool with fountains. Turtles Café at the poolside makes pool time a perfect place to grab lunch and snacks. Guest of Sunflower Beach can also reserve beach chairs and umbrellas as well as rent golf carts on the premises.

The Pool Residences are a short 2.5-mile golf cart or bicycle ride to the heart of Port Aransas. Our friendly staff at our office are eager to share their favorite restaurants; excursions; and best ways to enhance your beach vacation!
