**THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST COMPLETE SCREENING PROCESS AND ID VERIFICATION**



**Primary Renter must be 25 yrs or older and must be present for the entirety of your stay.**

Starter Kit: To help you settle in comfortably, each Sandbar Beach Rentals property is stocked with a starter set of basic essentials. This includes items such as hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and trash bags.

These supplies are intended to get you started upon arrival. For extended stays or additional needs, we recommend planning to purchase extra items during your visit.



-Parking is tight. There is room to park a maximum of 3 vehicles (including a golf cart)



-Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not permitted at this property. The only exception is for registered service animals as required by law.



-PEST CONTROL: We have a pest control company that comes to the property once a month. Unfortunately,

because of the climate, water bugs are common in Port A and if you find one, please let us know immediately

and we will have the pest control company come back out to spot treat.



Interaction with Guests:

We monitor messages daily 9am-6pm. Urgent after hour service is available as well.
