Living room with futon sofa (suitable for child or smaller guest - additional linens for the futon couch available upon request) and Smart TV. Kitchen with all appliances, basic cookware, utensils, and dishes. Dining room with table and 2 chairs. Private washer/dryer. Balcony with 2 chairs and small table. Private garage with room for one small to mid size vehicle. Additional free parking available on the premises.

Important Note:
1. If you have 3 guests, let us know in advance so we can provide extra linens for the futon. Please note that extra linens are only available with advance notice upon request.
2. We warmly welcome pets! Please disclose all pets and pay a $75 pet fee with your reservation. We allow a maximum of 2 pets. For large dogs over 45 lbs, please message us for approval before booking. Aggressive dog breeds are not permitted.
3. The pool hours are 9 a.m.–10 p.m., and it`s closed on Monday for cleaning. Please note, it may close temporarily without notice due to weather or routine maintenance like chemical adjustments.
4. We are located in a tropical area, so bugs and insects are common. To help prevent them from getting inside, we kindly ask guests to keep doors and windows closed and to avoid leaving any food out, especially outdoors.
5. The fireplace is for decorative purposes only and is not available for use.

- Community Amenities: Access to shared amenities like the pool, hot tub, gym, sauna, or clubhouse may be limited or closed by the property management for maintenance, safety, or seasonal reasons.
- Weather Conditions: Storms, power outages, or unsafe travel conditions due to weather may affect your stay, especially in certain regions or seasons.
