Neu renovierte Wohnung am Strand Sea Isle Village!

Diese wunderbare Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock des Strandgebäudes im fabelhaften Sea Isle Village und wurde neu renoviert. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und ein Einzelbett, mit einem Doppelrollbett und einem eigenen Bad. Das 2. Schlafzimmer hat ein französisches Bett und ein Bad direkt vor dem Schlafzimmer im Flur. Das offene Wohnzimmer und die offene Küche sind ein großartiger Ort zum Zusammensein. Die Küche bietet alles, was Sie brauchen, um Ihren Fang des Tages zuzubereiten, und der Speisesaal bietet ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten für alle. Dieses Gerät verfügt über eine geräumige Terrasse mit Blick auf den Golf und die Sanddünen. Das Gerät verfügt über 3 Fernseher, eine DVD und einen VHS-Player. Diese geräumige Wohnung bietet Platz für 5 Gäste. Es tut uns leid, Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt und das Rauchen ist nicht gestattet. Parkausweise sind erforderlich. Es gibt Parkplätze für 2 Fahrzeuge. Ein Golfwagen-Parkausweis ist im Büro vor Ort erhältlich. We love Sea Isle Village. We've stayed in numerous units on the property over the years and this one was right on par. Very clean and well furnished. Perfect for our family.

Wonderful condo! Clean, convenient and so close to the beach! My only complaint-ish were the bed sheets were so starchy! But other than that, it’s a great spot and we will definitely stay again!!

The view from the porch is great. The proximity to the beach trail perfect - like 60 feet andthen maybe a 200 yard walk to the beach with a shower bench along the way. Everything we needed was provided for (bring your own coffee of course). My 5 yr old asked, “Can we live here!” I intend to stay here again.

Nice condo.. clean and comfy. Easy walk to beach. Nice large pool. Hose to wash off sand. Close to everything. Only negative is the condo says it has a washer and dryer in the amenities but it does not. When I asked the property manager about it, they apologized and suggested we call VRBO and have them take it off the amenity list. I said I don’t feel like that’s something the customer should have to do. Other than that, the place was great.

Great visit after the smell went away

We arrived on a Saturday and the place smelled of rotten eggs. We submitted a request for maintenance on the app and never heard back from anyone. We eventually figured out that it was the hot water that smelled so foul, so then we were hesitant to shower or cook with it. After several hours the smell dissipated but was still lingering for a day or so. There was also a shortage of decent pots and pans to cook with….they were not in good condition and we were not the right sizes. Too big or too small. Overall we enjoyed our visit and it was a great space for us and our kids. But we gave the kids the master because it didn’t make sense to give kids their own room.

Upon arrival the WiFi and cable tv did not work. We called to rental office and were told someone would be sent over right away to take care of the issues but no one showed up or called. The next morning I completed a maintenance request and someone finally came out to get the WiFi working. There was no dish soap or dishwasher detergent and you’re expected to run the dishwasher upon departure so we had to buy some. The little things make a huge difference and response time was terrible. I would not stay there again nor would I recommend it to anyone.

Great location!

So convenient to the beach! And the covered deck was a great surprise- it rained all weekend but we were still able to enjoy the outdoors while our neighbors were stuck inside. Would definitely stay here again.

WONDERFUL stay!

We had a wonderful Stay at SIV#30! The best part was the rear exit and entry from the patio that no other condo had. As well as the fully stocked and precious interior design. We will be back again!

Great place!

Great property and location close to the beach. Property management provided all the information and were in constant contact. The place is very clean with amenities needed for a nice and comfortable stay. Short drive to many dining choices. We’ll definitely be back.

I ask the rental agent for a condo with a decent beach view and this condo #30 barely gives you one. Also, there was a slight smell of mold that bothers me a bit.
