Newly remodeled coastal cottage 3 blocks from the water!

Charming Cottage just a short walk to the water on Fulton Beach road. Amazing location for boaters, fisherman and and anyone just looking to relax. Our property is located on a corner lot with several beautiful towering live oaks. Kick off your flip flops and sip a cocktail under the covered patio while enjoying the Southernly breeze.

You will be within walking distance to dining, local bars, shopping, tours, golf cart rentals, historical sites, public piers, bait stands and the public boat ramp is less than a 1/2 mile from the driveway. The entrance to Rockport Beach is about 2.5 miles from the property.

The home was completely remodeled in 2022 and comes with a fully stocked kitchen and custom appliances. Both bedrooms come with hypoallergenic memory foam mattresses. There are flat screen smart TV's in the living room and both bedrooms, each has full cable. Wireless internet throughout the home.

House was beautiful, very clean space, great amenities, host was amazing at communication, and it was good area to stay. There were multiple restaurants and bars within walking distance. The fishing pier was about a mile from the house. Rockport beach park was less than 10 mins away.

Great job on renovations that were completed on the house. JT was very responsive and extremely hospitable. My wife and I loved the generosity of the snacks and beverages waiting for us upon arrival. They were very accommodating with allowing an early check in and because they didn’t have a guest booked immediately following us, we were able to check out later. Wonderful service! This was a Mother’s Day surprise trip for my wife which included a guided fish outing. It was a HUGE success! We will definitely be back again, real soon. Very relaxing!

My sister and I came down from Austin for a little vacation and to celebrate my birthday. The property is clean and newly renovated. Appliances are top notch and renovations were tastefully done to turn this older cottage into the perfect little spot for rest and relaxation! Includes everything you need. Owners were great to work with and left some personal touches to really make us feel welcome. Will recommend to my friends and family.

This charming cottage near the bay was comfortable, clean and well decorated. Location is in a quiet neighborhood that we enjoyed walking to nearby attractions including the Fulton Mansion. We had great communication with the hosts. We will definitely be booking this property again.

My husband and I stayed with our kids and cousin. The hosts are very friendly and leave a thoughtful gesture of refreshments and treats for their guests. The house is always clean with great air conditioning. Plenty of space outside to hang out. Very stylishly decorated and remodeled. Has a full washer and dryer so you don’t have to take dirty clothes home. Fabulous appliances in the kitchen. Wifi and lots more. Seems they have thought of it all. Love it!

This is a freshly renovated house in a great location. It is in a quiet neighborhood a block from the water and some great restaurants. The pictures are accurate, the beds are comfy, and the showers have good water pressure. What more could you ask!
