- Starter Amenities provided: hand soap, paper towels, dish soap, trash bags, laundry detergent, toilet paper, sponge for washing dishes
- We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your arrival.

***As we use API-connected software, we have two further requirements due within 48 hours of your booking: A signed Rental Agreement and a refundable security deposit (placed as a hold on a valid credit card). If you are not comfortable with these requirements, you are permitted to cancel your stay with us penalty free within 48 hours of booking.***

- A maximum of two (2) dogs are permitted at this property. The dog(s) must be less than 30 pounds/dog. No cats permitted.
