- Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old, have a valid State Driver's License or other acceptable ID, and be present throughout the entire stay

- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Only pets weighing a maximum of 15 lbs is allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $100+tax per pet for stays of 30 or more days.
