Hotel luxury in a Log Cabin

Have you ever wanted to stay in a log cabin? At the coast? How about .6 miles from the beach? You can walk to the beach if you want! I used to walk there every morning to watch the sunrise...absolutely gorgeous! Rockport-Fulton holds a special place in my heart, it was were I was raised! Unfortunately, I didn' t realize what a special place it was until I grew up and moved away. Now we come back every chance we get!! A little about how the house came to be and how/why it has a unique name.
My mother always wanted a log cabin, but we lived on the coast. Dad decided he was going to build her the dream home she had always wanted. It is in the middle of 9 city lots so you have lots of room to spread out. Dad was a western fan and our last name was Barta so he named the property Bartarosa (Ponderosa). My Dad passed in 2007 and Hurricane Harvey hit in 2017, Mom didn’t want to rebuild. We purchased the house and rebuilt the home and now we want to share the property with others. In the house there are 3 bedrooms, and 2 1/2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa, the 2 guest rooms both have queen beds. We added an outdoor kitchen with a grill and 2 burners for shrimp, crab or crawfish boils. We also have a game room with a poker table and a 1/2 bath. We also have a screened in patio with lots of seating and a dining table. Outdoors you will find horseshoes, or just a shady place to enjoy. We are centrally located. Beach/Fishing = .6 miles; Downtown Shops = .8 miles; Port Aransas (Port A) = 18.6 miles; Corpus Christi = 31.9 miles

Bedrooms-All bedrooms have fans, hanging shelved and luggage racks in closets. All beds are triple sheeted using luxury sheets. There are vanity tables with lighted mirrors in each room as well as a bench to help with keeping you organized. There is also a Power Strip Tower that has 8 outlets and 6 USB ports on each nightstand for all of your electronics. Each bedroom also has a smart TV with Roku sticks.
