As you enter the unit, the gourmet kitchen is state-of-the-art with a plumbed Keurig coffee maker, farm sink, larger refrigerator, and under-counter microwave. The extended kitchen island bar seats 6 comfortably. On the opposite wall is a large ice maker and wine refrigerator. The living room is made for relaxation with two chairs and a couch. Relax next to the built-in electric fireplace encased in beautiful stacked gray rock. A large TV hangs above the fireplace. Beautiful, white, Hunter-Douglas motorized shades have been installed in the living room and bedroom to provide lift filtering and privacy. When fully opened, slide open the doors to the 27 foot patio that includes plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy the breathtaking views. This is the perfect place to sip coffee, wine, or your other favorite beverages as you watch the waves roll in!
Sharing the view is a bedroom with a closable privacy partition. Two queen-sized beds and a nightstand give everyone their space. An accent wall and beautiful art make the area feel like the ocean is inside with you, all while you listen to the waves outside. The nearby bathroom features a large, tile, walk-in shower.
