MAIN LIVING SPACES: The second-floor main living area offers a window-lined space tastefully decorated by Austin’s Decorum Home + Design. It’s perfect for entertaining, with an open-concept plan keeping family and friends together. A well-appointed kitchen has everything you need, including a grilling porch tucked away from the three other balconies on this level. A dining table for eight indoors and another that seats eight outdoors offer plenty of room for everyone, with more seating for five on the island. The first floor offers two spacious king bedrooms, one that’s a private suite with a connected bath and the other with a shared bathroom. A nautical-theme bunk area with two twin built-ins backs the downstairs living room. On the second floor, one of two primary king suites opens to a private front balcony with rocking chairs, perfect for coffee and conversation. Then, on the third floor, the most spacious king suite offers a true coastal haven with plenty of room to spread out or set up a Pack-and-Play. Luxuriate in the spa-inspired bathroom, featuring a soaking tub, double shower, ample counter space, dual sinks, and plenty of storage. An enormous walk-in closet even has space for a mini fridge and coffee spot. The top-floor suite’s private, open-air balcony draws couples out to see the best lake views in the house! There’s seating on comfortable couches and chairs if you choose to invite others to join you during the golden hour! Finally, a bonus loft on the third-floor landing offers twin bunks for more guests.

GREAT FEATURES: A fourth-floor viewing tower, accessible from the third-floor bunk landing, is styled as the ultimate kids' clubhouse! A table, pouf seating, games, and plush toys create the ultimate “tree-fort” adventure area. Conveniences include the second-floor laundry room and dedicated workspace. Enjoy coffee and refrigerators on every level, entertainment provided by Smart TVs, Hulu Live TV, a DVD library, and an assortment of adult and kid games.
