Car - If you need to travel faster or further than the immediate area you can travel by car. Cars can be driven on beach and parking is allowable with beach permit.
Rideshare - Guests can also use ride-share apps like Uber and Lyft or call a taxi.

GOLF CART LIABILITY WAIVER - By booking this listing you are entering into an agreement with the following terms: 1) The golf cart operator holds an active, valid US driver`s license and auto liability insurance and assume all responsibilities for all passengers and add`l operators of this golf cart 2) You will operate the cart in a safe manner and adhere to Port Aransas Laws and Ordinances. 3) You accept and are held solely liable for all medical and legal claims arising from use of golf cart, accidental or incidental 4) Guests are responsible for any damages or theft that may arise from golf cart use including, but not limited to: towing, damages, theft and repair 5) You voluntarily agree to indemnify and hold harmless Grant Katus , Nguyen Vu and any other agents from any and all claims, actions, suits and judgments for bodily injury, property damage, loss of life and/or service that in any way or manner arise out of use of golf cart. 6) Golf cart must be parked in garage at all times and not left outdoors overnight.
GOLF CART INFORMATION - All operators must hold a valid driver`s license, and active auto liability insurance. Golf carts are considered motor vehicles and driver is subject to all traffic laws : underage driving, DUI, seat belt and traffic violations, reckless driving, etc. Do not drive cart in water. Guests are responsible for any damages to golf cart including towing, damages, and repair. Please refill gas upon checkout. A refuel charge of $100 if tank less than 3/4 full upon checkout. Don`t drive on Highway 361 - use Eleventh St. Do not drive cart past beach marker 45. Lost Golf Cart key or garage remote incur fee of $100 each.
LONG-TERM STAYS: Available in January and February. Stays over 30 days require a background check, signed lease agreement, 25% upfront security deposit, and mandatory mid-stay cleaning. Max occupancy of 4.
