The end-unit home pairs a private heated pool and a fully fenced backyard with a comfortable open living level and three upstairs bedrooms, giving families and groups room to spread out.



The main level flows from the living room into the dining area and full kitchen, then opens to the back patio and pool. Upstairs, the primary suite features a king bed, an ensuite bath, and a private balcony with water views, while two guest bedrooms offer flexible sleeping for up to eight guests.

The open main level is the heart of the home, with comfortable sofas, an electric fireplace, and a smart TV. It flows into the dining area and kitchen and opens to the back patio and pool, a natural place to gather after a day at the beach.

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire two-story townhome, including the private fenced backyard with the heated pool, the attached garage, the driveway, and the in-unit washer and dryer.



Self check-in is available via an electronic keypad lock for a simple, flexible arrival.



Free on-site parking is available in the attached one-car garage plus additional space in the driveway. Please note all three bedrooms are located on the upper level, and there is no elevator.

Endless Sunlight sits in Padre Isles, a water-oriented community on North Padre Island woven with navigable canals that lead out to the Laguna Madre. The Gulf beaches at Whitecap Beach and Padre Balli Park are about 1.5 miles away, and you are close to island restaurants, fishing charters, and grocery and convenience stores. Downtown Corpus Christi, with the Texas State Aquarium and USS Lexington, is roughly 20 to 25 minutes away.



Getting Around:

A vehicle is recommended to explore the island and reach the Gulf beaches, which are about a five minute drive away. Corpus Christi International Airport is roughly 30 minutes from the home, and downtown Corpus Christi is about 20 to 25 minutes via the JFK Causeway.



Other Things to Note:

• Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

• Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM in consideration of our neighbors.

• Dogs are welcome with prior approval. Up to two dogs; cats are not permitted.

• The minimum age to rent is 25.

• Only registered guests are permitted on the property.

• All three bedrooms are located on the upper level, and there is no elevator.

• The private pool is not separately fenced from the patio; please supervise children closely.

• Every reservation includes accidental damage protection for added peace of mind.

• Additional fees and taxes may apply to your reservation total.
