Ascend the stairs to find a spacious, inviting single-level living area with a flat-screen TV—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. You will have a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Situated in a lovely location with a boardwalk to the beach, fish cleaning station, heated community pool and hot tub. Pets are allowed, with additional fees, please see below. No golf carts allowed. BEDROOM CONFIGURATION
- Primary Bedroom: King bed, TV, and door to deck
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed, TV, and door to deck
- Additional Bedding: Two twin size folding beds in the living area
- A 2-3 night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and present throughout the entire stay
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets is allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
