LIVING AREA

Unwind into vacation mode on a sleeper sofa and armchair in the living area. In the evening, settle in to enjoy favorite shows on the 60” smart TV with cable and DVD.

KITCHEN & DINING

Whip up delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen, outfitted with granite countertops, a double basin sink, and a full suite of stainless steel appliances.

This two-story townhome sleeps up to 15 guests between three bedrooms -- each with a 50” flat-screen TV with cable -- and a queen-size sleeper sofa.

Sleep soundly in the second bedroom, featuring a twin-over-full bunk bed.

The third bedroom is outfitted with two full-over-full bunk beds.

Assigned parking is available for two cars in the parking area in front of the unit. Additional parking may be available for two more cars in the open lot on a first-come, first-serve basis.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
