Designed for beach days, golf cart cruising, fishing, and fun-filled nights with family and friends, this beautifully styled 4-bedroom, 3-bath coastal retreat offers the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and island charm.

Spend your mornings sipping coffee on the balcony while the island wakes up around you, then load up the included golf cart and head to the beach just minutes away. After a day in the sun, cool off at the community pool, cast a line in the fully stocked catch-and-release fishing pond, or challenge your crew to cornhole and ping pong tournaments back at the house!

Inside, you'll find bright coastal interiors, comfortable gathering spaces, and plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax after a full day of beach adventures. Whether you're grilling dinner downstairs, cruising to local restaurants and shops, or spending the evening laughing over game night, Caney Creek Beach Club was built for easy, memory-making getaways.

Perfectly located near the beach, restaurants, shopping, and the Port Aransas ferry, this Ocean Village getaway puts you close to everything while still giving you a peaceful place to unwind at the end of the day!

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING
• A signed Property Management Rental Agreement Contract is mandatory upon booking.
• A copy of the driver's license is required to receive check-in instructions.
• Contracting guests of Port A Beach House Company must be 25 years of age or older.

GOLF CART INFORMATION (INCLUDED)
• Golf cart deliveries are scheduled based on check-in times, typically around 4 PM.
• Golf carts are provided through our trusted partner, Beachin' Buggies.
• After your booking is confirmed, Beachin' Buggies will reach out to you directly to finalize the rental details.
• The golf cart is not included in long-term rentals. An additional fee will apply if you wish to add a golf cart to a month-to-month rental.

BEACH GEAR CREDIT INCLUDED
• Guests with reservations of 3 to 21 nights at participating vacation properties will receive a credit toward beach gear rentals during their stay.
• Choose from items such as bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogie boards, and more.
• Select your gear at least 48 hours before check-in, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest.
• A small delivery fee may apply.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
• Check-in time is approximate; housekeeping and maintenance make all attempts to be ready by 4 PM, but there is no guarantee.
• Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can't guarantee that you won't hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
• Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Outages may occur
• Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitoes/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by a professional pest control service every month.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
• We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
• Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.
• We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.
