My condo has a fishing dock and two swimming pools (one outside by the marina and a second heated indoor pool).
Bring your water toys, fishing gear, And have fun!
One bedroom overlooking the marina, pool, and wide canal view.
The loft has a queen bed.
Two couch beds in the roomy living room.
A fully updated kitchen and bathroom.
Deep cleaning!! No pet!

The space
What I like about my space.
1. The View from the bedroom and private patio
2. Security guard on site 24 hours.
3. Fishing Dock at the widest canel.
6. Short access to the bay to fish
7. a lot of boat slip available for the guests

Guest access
The fishing dock and Marina is the common area.
first come, first serve.
The outside and the indoor swimming pool ( at the main building )are shared.
( Wearing the swimming band are required)
The BBQ area and BBQ pits are shared.
The Gym and Library are also shared.
One assigned parking and one shared parking is available for guests

Other things to note
Please, Use the guest only refrigerator and closest.
We have 24 hours security guard on site.
the swimming band and a parking pass are required when you use the places.
The office has free wifi and they are very helpful.
Please, Return the parking pass and swimming pool band when you leave.
($10 find for each missing band and pass)
The CVS and the Dollar store has the most groceries.
