Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

Easter Weekend

It was perfect for our Easter weekend. The only complaint we had was the stove- the coils on top would stop working in the middle of cooking but you would have to wiggle it and it would start working again. But overall we had a great time and would stay here again!

Highly Disappointed

The room was clean upin arrival and location is great. Only 2 bath towels were available for bathing. What we dealt with was a broken AC unit the entire stay. When the repairman arrived, he must have turned it on and it stuck. The first morning we woke to 62 degrees. The manager did not get the repairman back out that day so we ended up purchasing sweatshirts and extra towels to stay warm. The second morning we woke to 55 degrees!!! I am a photographer staying to photograph a beach wedding and my equipment was in bad shape due to the humidity/condensation from such drastic temps. My husband is also extremely unhappy with his experience. We own a VRBO and know customer service is a must, as well as working appliances cooling systems. Then, to make matters worse we were overcharged on our credit card. WHAT? We are highly disappointed and have requested a partial reimbursement AND credit for our overcharge.

Cute, clean and convenient

It was a nice building and neighborhood. Very clean and the beds were comfortable except for the fold out couch. It was broken so we had to put the really thin mattress on the floor. The kitchen is equipped with everything except a regular coffee maker. There is a Keurig and an espresso machine but we just wanted a regular coffee maker. The positives definitely outweighed these couple of negatives. We would definitely stay there again.

Great condo in Port A

2/2 condo in Port A on the beach side of the highway. Very clean, nice size, nicely decorated and pet friendly. Also very comfortable beds. We had 2 minor maintenance issues and the response was immediate and both issues were resolved quickly. Very impressive. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect for Port A

I really enjoyed my stay here. The place itself is in a nice area and a short ride away from the beach. Check in was very easy and I had no issues getting into the room. Inside is so clean and organized and smelled amazing! I highly recommend staying here if you’re in Port A.

Quaint and convenient location

The condo was nice and quiet. The mgr Josh did a good job of communication. Port Aransas itself was okay. I did enjoy the wildlife sanctuary and some shopping. They charge for a beach parking pass. It also appears alot of families are riding the multi seat golf carts everywhere blocking driving lanes and blasting music. Overall nice stay and I would recommend this condo 👍

Costa Bahia is FABULOUS!

Josh exceeded our expectations from start to finish. I’m big on communication and he was in point! They put the “friendly” in dog friendly. I forgot some VERY valuable jewelry in our condo and Josh went out of his way to make sure it was returned. We’ll definitely be back and look forward to booking with Josh again.
