Keep in mind that island life comes with seasonal pests like mosquitoes. To help keep them at bay, our properties receive professional pest control treatments every month. Please be aware that because Port Aransas is a unique coastal community, cable and Wi-Fi connectivity might be unpredictable. Thank you for acknowledging that we have no control over these services. Service interruptions will not qualify for any discounts or reimbursements.

GUEST VERIFICATION:
To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.

Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:
- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.
- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.
- Paying a non-refundable $55 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out.

The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!

The place was great and met all our needs. We liked that it was right by the pool and within walking distance to the convenience store. The drive to the beach was short and we could avoid the traffic from the main intersections of town.

Family trip

Everything was good except for a few things. Which we felt with ok. The TV In master bedroom was connected to anything so I could watch it. The TV in one bedroom there was no remote. And no TV in other bedroom. It wasn’t advertised this way. We loved the poolside setting. And the room was great. Even though not on beach it was just a short drive. But all in all it was just great. I do appreciate the extra time they gave due to us having a flat tire. Will definitely like to return to this place again.

Great Place!

My husband, myself, son, daughter-in-law and 3 grandkids stayed here for 3 nights. It was a perfect location and very very nice condo. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice, clean, comfortable place in a great location. Only complaint was that the pool was heated and felt like a hot tub although didn't bother the kids. Pets are not allowed in this condo but someone let their dog poop on the sidewalk right outside of the backdoor and didn't bother to pick it up. We tried out both pools and the kids had a great time. Heaters need to be turned down on the pools though. Would definitely stay again. Love love the decor in the condo. Wish I knew where they got some of it! Beds were comfortable. Toaster needs to be replaced only toast one side of the bread. Kitchen was fully furnished with even more than the website says. We brought extra trash bags, ziploc bags, soap, etc. but didn't need it and ended up leaving the extras for the next guest.

Great Location

We took a family trip to Port A over the July 4th holiday and stayed for 3 nights. The home was just as pictured. It was spacious and clean. All the amenities we needed. It was so nice to be right outside of the pool, which we used quite a bit. It’s a very close drive to the beach and restaurants. We will definitely return!

There was plenty of space for a group. The ceilings were high with fans so it never felt stuffy inside. The pool right outside made relaxing very easy. The location was convenient, except it's outside the area where you can legally drive a golf cart

Great time

Had 2 groups for my birthday had a great time. Not much room at this location for a group of 6 adults at the actual room but the other group had a nice area at their house so it worked out. This side also had a smaller pool so we spent most of the time on the other side of the property. Good points beds were so comfy everything was clean. Quiet and close to everything. This would be perfect for a family with smaller kids.
