Location is perfect, very quiet and beautiful. The pictures actually don’t do the property justice cause it’s amazing. Only cons I will list is when we arrived there was urine on master toilet seat, hair in shower. Also pots and pans are all warped so difficult to cook on since they’re all uneven. We also had to wash all dishes before using because old food still left on them. My parents live in Rockport so thankfully we cooked mostly at their house. BUT that being said the property was great. My dogs were hesitant to use the potty outside due to stickers. They mostly went at my parents house. My dad was the city manager of Rockport for around 20 years before he retired and he use to use old carpet from a local store and run it along the grass to pick up stickers and then toss. He did this on the beach for many many years. Maybe something to consider (not for this owner but maybe they could suggest to whoever maintains the property). I would 100% recommend this condo. Not every rental is going to be perfect but this one was well maintained.
