„The cottage is cozy, but it is not well maintained. There are traces of mold on the ceiling and windows. The wooden frames are weathered. Weeds are growing in the courtyard, the upholstery of the chairs is dirty. The cottage was only superficially cleaned. There was thick dust under the furniture and a tuft of black hair under the shower curtain in the bathroom. A complaint I made about a broken hairdryer was not answered. „We very much enjoyed our 1 week vacation in this nice house close to the beach - especially sitting on the terrace watching sun set. Supermarket, bars, restaurants are all in walking distance, perfect jogging opportunity on the ocean front (either on sand or on the ocean front walk), san diego with all its sightseeing spots near by. The house has everything that is required for a family vacation. Parking was no problem for us. Thanks for having us.“

There is room for parking for 2 vehicles but any more than that, including having guests visit, would be very difficult as street parking is very crowded. „We were in San Diego to explore colleges with our son and to get to know the area to see if our son could see himself living here. The cottage was a great location to be able to visit colleges and get an idea of what it could be like to live in the San Diego area. The cottage itself was walkable to restaurants, the beach and markets and centrally located to visit other areas by car. While there is noise from the airport and the street, it didn't bother us as we took it to be part of the city ...
