The Space:

Welcome to Blue Crush, a coastal retreat that is designed with comfort and convenience in mind. The top level features beautiful windows that fill the living area with natural light, creating a bright and inviting space to relax and gather. The kitchen is fully stocked for the chef of your family to whip up delicious meals for your stay, which can be enjoyed together in the dining area. You'll find beautiful and comfortable bedroom accommodations for your group with deck views. Two king bedrooms and another room with two twins offering a place to recharge after long beach days.



Head to the ground level where you’ll find an additional living room with a TV, comfortable sofa seating, and a bean bag, perfect for relaxing and enjoying movie nights. The competitors of your group can challenge each other to a round of pool in the game room. There's also a king bedroom and a bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunk beds (sleeps 4), ensuring a variety of options for your group. Laundry is available for your convenience.



Outside you’ll find plenty more to enjoy! Unwind in the hot tub after a busy vacation day, or enjoy a swim in the private heated pool ($75/day or $500/week). A sand volleyball tournament is a must on the private court, just make sure to rinse off before jumping in the pool! An outdoor shower is available to help keep the home comfortably sand-free during your stay.

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



**Up to two pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**



**Pool will open mid April and close mid October**



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay. Linens and towels are provided at no additional charge.

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to additional fines up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.

Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
