The Great Room features vaulted ceilings and a spacious living area centered around a flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes a breakfast bar seating two, while the adjacent dining area offers a rectangular table with seating for eight. A convenient half bath is located on this level. Step out onto the deck to enjoy additional seating, perfect for relaxing in either the sunshine or the shade. [Note: gas fireplace is not available for guest use.]

MID LEVEL:
From the top level, a short flight of stairs leads to a king master suite featuring a private bath with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. This room also offers direct access to the back deck, where you'll find a relaxing hot tub.

ENTRY LEVEL:
Two additional bedrooms include a twin-over-double pyramid bunk and a queen bedroom, which shares a full bathroom with a king bedroom. The shared bath features a tub and shower combination. The front porch offers comfortable seating, perfect for relaxing while enjoying views of the lovely neighborhood. An outdoor shower is also available for rinsing off after a day at the beach. The driveway provides parking for 2-3 vehicles.

In season, the Magnolia Bay section has a full-size pool and a kiddie pool for the little ones plus tennis courts with pickleball lines. As guests with The Currituck Club, a premier-gated community and resort, your family can use its various amenities including free trolley service to the beach access, beach valet service, a Clubhouse with on-site dining, large community pool with kiddie pool at the main entrance, a Fitness Center, and courts for tennis, basketball, volleyball and pickleball.
