High ceilings & multiple windows create an open and airy space where your family will love hanging out during meals or after dinner. The interior is tastefully updated to provide a modern and inviting atmosphere, making you feel right at home by the sea.



The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and ample counter space, making it a joy for both amateur and seasoned chefs. Grab quick snacks or a cup of coffee at the breakfast bar, or gather around the dining table to join your whole family for dinner.



This home boasts 5 bedrooms, including 2 with ensuite bathrooms, ensuring privacy and convenience for everyone. The bedrooms are thoughtfully decorated, providing a serene and comfortable space to recharge for another day of sun and sand.



The outdoor amenities are equally impressive, with a private pool area that includes comfortable seating, sun loungers, and a heated pool (Pool heating is available by advance request at $75 per night or $500 per week; if requested, it must be applied for the full duration of your stay and cannot be added for partial dates). Guest Access:

Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival.



*Please note that the HOA does not permit any campers or trailers in the community*



**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 25 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 25. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



**Pool will open April 1st and close the second week of November**



Linens and towels are provided at no additional charge.

Payment Schedule:

50% due at confirmation

50% or remaining balance due 30 days before check-in



The following violations may be subject to additional fines of up to $300: pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
