Las Brisas: New Rental, Large Private Pool, Hot Tub

You'll feel as light as a tropical breeze when you choose Las Brisas for your beach vacation home! It's large enough for a multi-generational family to spend time together and also have separate entertainment places to enjoy, both indoors and outdoors. [Note: No dogs or other animals are allowed in the home.]

TOP LEVEL:
The Great Room spans most of this floor with sliding door to the wide sun deck at the back of house with stairs connecting to the mid level deck below. The living area has comfortable seating for viewing the large flat-screen TV or just being able to relax with family members. The dining area table can seat 12 and the kitchen bar counter has 4 additional chairs for guests to all spend meal (or snack) times together. There is access to a screened porch with another small table and chairs for outdoor dining. The kitchen is ready for preparing your family's favorite meals or to order-in/pick-up from local area restaurants. A half bath is located by the kitchen. The first of two King Master Suites is on this floor with deck access; it has a soaking tub and a separate tiled shower in its master bath. [Note: gas fireplace is not available for guest use.]

MID LEVEL:
There are 3 bedrooms (all have flat-screen TVs) on this level beginning with the second King Master Suite that has deck access with a tiled shower in its master bath. The Queen bedroom has access to the hall bath with a shower/tub combo as does another bedroom with a King bed. At the center of this floor is a den that offers a Queen Sleep Sofa if extra sleeping arrangements are needed. This room also has a small desk and chair for those who need to stay in touch with the outside world.

GROUND LEVEL:
The large game room offers a wet bar with mini-fridge, a Pool table and a Foosball table for plenty of indoor fun time. There is a half bath to use which is convenient for guest using the outside amenities. The bedroom on this level has 2 Pyramid Bunk Sets (single over double) so it is perfect for kids or cousins to share; it has a shower/tub combo is its master bath. Outside, the private pool measures 12' x 24' (open May to mid-October) and the pool deck has a gas grill to prepare easy summer meals plus sun loungers, an outdoor bar area and a hot tub. There is also an outdoor shower to use after beach-going or before using the hot tub or private pool. There is parking for 3-4 vehicles in the driveway, one side of the enclosed garage is available to park or to store your own beach equipment or rental bikes.

EXTRAS:
As guests within The Currituck Club, a premier-gated community and resort, your family can use its various amenities including free trolley service to the beach access and beach valet service (summer months only), a Clubhouse with on-site dining, a large community pool with kiddie pool at the main entrance, a Fitness Center, and courts for tennis, basketball, volleyball and pickleball. There are planned kids' activities offered during the summer and paths for walking and bike riding. Golfers in the family can make reservations to play the 18-hole course that is landscaped throughout the resort with sound and ocean views.
