Good 2 Sea U is the ideal getaway for any vacation destination in this 5-bedroom, oceanside home located in the private Buck Island community in Corolla. This home is perfect for the annual family vacation or even just a weekly getaway any time of the year. Located just a quick walk from the Atlantic Ocean, the home offers a private pool, hot tub and expansive deck space to watch the sunrises with your morning cup of coffee or dine al-fresco to watch the stars come out at night.

The top-level great room is spacious with high ceilings and ocean views from any angle and offers comfortable seating for TV viewing, an updated kitchen with island seating, 2 dishwashers and dining table and nook for family-style dining. The master bedroom is fully equipped with a king-sized bed and a large private bathroom with ocean views throughout. On the mid-level, each bedroom has its own bathroom and deck access, allowing every guest their own private area of the home, while the ground level offers fun for all ages with an arcade game and plenty of seating for those rainy day-movie marathons. The home offers use of the 2-car garage and has a full-sized fridge for your convenience and extra storage space for snacks and drinks to enjoy poolside.

Beach Access: Head left out of driveway to Orions Way. Community beach access is at the end of the road.

Note: Golf Carts are not permitted in the Buck Island Community.

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.

Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (email is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.

Amazing Vacay!

This home fit our family of 11, (8 adults & 3 young children) perfectly! It was enough space for everyone to have plenty of privacy if needed. We had no issues with anything. The home was immaculate upon arrival and it had great amenities in every room including beach chairs, a beach umbrella & beach toys. The pool and hot tub were a hit! The community is great and very safe. It was close to everything in Corolla but quiet and peaceful. It was a very short few minute walk to the beach which was perfect! The decks and views were amazing and perfect for all our family meals! This was one of our best family vacations ever and we will defiantly be retuning to Skipper's Sail Away!

Beautiful home and furnishings with pool in a gated community. Close to beach access. A lovely, upscale, quiet area of the OBX but with shopping, activities and restaurants nearby. This property is a gem. Our whole family recommends it highly.

Great Location!!

This house had it all…close to shopping, beach and attractions! My family and I enjoyed a week in this lovely home! First time for me to OBX and it was beautiful! The house had great amenities and the short walk to the beach and our private pool were wonderful on those sunny days!! Communication with the owners was fast and answered my questions when I contacted. I just can’t say enough about this house..has everything you need and the kiddos (and adults) even enjoyed the arcade game!!! It is spacious and has many areas when traveling with lots of people to just “hang out” by yourself. We also enjoyed the yummy chocolates that were left for us from the owners…sooo good! Thank you for opening up your house to us!

This property was in a beautiful gated community. Quiet neighborhood with beach access. The property was exactly as pictured and super clean. The pool and jacuzzi were an added bonus. Outstanding rental property!

This is a fantastic, beautiful home in an attractive, well-located development. Everything was great, with excellent attention to detail. We've stayed at a lot of rental properties, and often they have terrible furniture and mattresses. This home was the exception with comfortable and attractive furnishings. Also the layout of the home, with decks facing both directions and plenty of windows and bathrooms, was excellent. Definitely one of the best rentals we've stayed in.

Beautiful Beach House

The house was beautiful! It had all the amenities and rooms you would need for multiple families with young kids. The pool and the hot tub were in great shape (very clean) and just a short walk to the beach. Also within short walking distance of shops, restaurants, and a grocery store.

Beautiful house but psycho relator

The house was super clean and beautiful when arriving and everything was the way it was described. Myself and 8 other girls were staying there with two moms over the age over 50. The relator become aware of this and came over and searched our house including closets and cabinets and also the fridge. She then proceeded to tell the mom that was staying with us that she was not allowed to leave the house without the her (relators) permission. She also then would drive by our house in the middle of the night and just sit there for hours. This is such a shame because the family that owns the house seems wonderful and nothing but nice but it’s just a shame that relator acted this way because we will no longer by using this company to rent.

Family Vacation

Book the house for extended family...5 adults & 3 teenagers. This house was perfect. It easily accommodated us all with rooms we didn't even use. Kitchen had all the pots/pans/dishes/appliances we needed for the week. The new pool & hot tube were used by everyone. Beach access was about 100 yards from driveway. House located in gated community that was close to shopping & restaurants. Would definitely recommend this home.
