Nestled in a quaint location, this lovely home is perfect for a large family stay as it boasts access to a playground, athletic courts, and a community pool. Close to Coastal Casita there are numerous shops, restaurants, beach access points, and parks.

Inside, the home's updated interior boasts spacious rooms and modern amenities. The sun-filled living room has plush seating and a large TV, whereas the well-appointed kitchen positively gleams with its stainless steel appliances and numerous utensils. When it's time to eat, gather around the large formal dining table for a family-style meal.

The home's four bedrooms are adorned with nautical-themed decor pieces, central air, and their own TVs. The perks don't end there though! A private washer/dryer and internet access round out the interior amenities.

Outside, enjoy the Corolla sunshine from the enclosed yard complete with a grill, hot tub, and ample seating.

Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Community pools are typically available for guest use from Memorial Day through Labor Day and are subject to closing without notice.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
