The hotel is not bad, the rooms are good, clean, and don't stink. The sheets are clean. I'm giving it a lower rating because it's still like the Stone Age. You need coins to do your laundry. Oh my god, we're living in the 21st century. You still use coins on washing machines. You can't pay with a card, and I urgently needed to wash all my clothes. I'm constantly on the road. You should have installed a wooden washing machine and water so I could just wash by hand. And you have a TV in the room, it seems. It's just for the sound system. You can't turn on the sound with the remote you left there. I understand that it's not the TV that can do anything. There's no sound. It's barely on there, on the minimum setting. So, it seems like you have a washing machine just for the sake of having one, and a TV in the room just to make it look like you have one, but it's impossible to use. I have to have a wad of coins for the washing machine because I'm living in the 18th century again, and the TV has no sound and you can't turn it on with that remote.
