DISAPPOINTED. I made my reservation through hotels.com, paid for the reservation, received a confirmation number, and receive the receipt of payment for the room.
When I arrived at the hotel they had no record of my reservation. I attempted the contact hotels.com directly through your AI assistant, and receive no response.
I was then forced to pay again for the room directly to the hotel. I find this to be completely unacceptable and expect someone to contact me directly to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
